About Us
MindWorks, Inc. of Kentucky was founded in 1997 with the goal of providing the best directory services consulting and education available. To this end, we have provided services in 22 countries on 5 continents (including, USA, Canada, England, Scotland, Ireland, Switzerland, Spain, France, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, Brazil, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, and India) with offices in Lexington, Kentucky and Manchester, England.
Several strategic partnerships over the past few years have widely expanded MindWorks reach. Formal partnerships exist between MindWorks Inc. of Kentucky and MindWorks Inc. Ltd (a separate company) of Manchester England and Dr. Peter Atkins of Lancashire England, the Managing Director of MindWorks Inc. Ltd. Informal partnerships exist between MindWorks, Inc. of Kentucky, Dr. Joe Doupnik, Utah State University, Dr. Dmitri Ulyanov, formerly of Saratov University, Saratov, Russia — currently at University of Salford, and Dr. Richard C J Putman, of Manchester England — the lead programmer for the Clinic software Windows interface. All have degrees in various disciplines of Physics but now concentrate solely on computing and networking technologies. Michael Weaver is the newest addition to the MindWorks team. Mike manages Networking at the University of Georgia and is also busy writing NW Clinic, NetWare Clinic — expected out soon.
Our company focus is Novell technologies — their solutions simply provide the best science. Our focal point is eDirectory on NetWare, Linux, Solaris, Windows NT and Windows 2000. Our consulting specialty is providing seamless directory integration on disparate systems using Novell's NSURE Identity Manager. Our Educational software provides a live isolated environment where pre-selected challenges offer a unique learning experience.
