Our Directory consulting provides integration and management services for NDS/eDirectory, iPlanet and Active Directory. Our specality is the integration of authentication data on disparate systems including: NetWare, Linux, Solaris and Windows platforms. Our services also include Directory design and analysis.
Another of our areas of service is system health checks and configuration documentation.
Security Consulting
The area of security has become a major part of IS planning lately. Our services involve securing the server, particularly UNIX or Linux based systems. We also provide a non-invasive on-site security check-up.
Educational Software
Our Clinic software provides one of the most unique learning environments available today. Our approach provides the learner with a hands-on learning lab without having to buy thousands of dollars of supporting equipment. Our current product, DS Clinic, has provided countless engineers with a safe-resetable series of "real world" challenges. This product has been used in a wide-range of ways from a study aid for passing the CDE Practicum to a high-tech hiring tool.
Several new Clinics will soon be available: DS Clinic version 2, NW Clinic (NetWare Clinic), and CLE Clinic (Certified Linux Engineer Clinic).
Ad Hoc Educational Consulting
Our educator, Gary J Porter, has over 20 years experience, teaching at the High School, Technical Community College and the University level.
